We offer a hands-on marine conservation experience in the remote waters of Raja Ampat.
Experience the breathtaking beauty of Raja Ampat while staying in private over water bungalows on a secluded island. This is a truly unique opportunity to discover one of the world’s last untouched paradises.
You will take part in coral restoration while staying in one of the most
biodiverse marine ecosystems on Earth.
This is more than an internship, this is an immersive experience that will stay with you for a lifetime. We offer a hands-on marine conservation experience in the remote waters of
Raja Ampat.
Our Internship programs are designed
for 2 or 4 weeks and your stay will be All-inclusive stay arranged on our Private Island.
We combine practical experience with learning and allowing participants to actively contribute to our real ongoing projects.
During your stay, you can expect to take part in daily conservation activities, both in and out of the water.
Our program includes 10-12 dives per week and one day off.
What to Expect❋ Hands-on WorkshopsLearn and join coral restoration sessions, including building and installing reef structures.
Take part in coral planting and ongoing reef maintenance.
❋ Theory sessionsLearn basic coral ecology and restoration techniques through engaging theory sessions that help you understand how reef ecosystems function and why they are so important.
❋ Monitoring techinquesParticipate in reef monitoring and basic data collection.
❋ Stay & ExperienceSurrounded by the beauty of a private island and deeply connected to nature, you’ll have free access to our kayaks throughout your stay to explore the island’s 70-hectare mangroves, hidden beaches, and peaceful coastline.

Come as a confident diver or start your
diver journey with us!
We welcome certified divers, but if you are interested in starting your diving journey, we are more than happy to guide you on that path while teaching you the fundamentals of coral reef restoration and marine conservation.
This experience is open to anyone interested in the ocean and conservation.
Our Coral Restoration Internship is not a free volunteer program. Every contribution directly supports the reefs by helping us fund restoration materials, provide employment opportunities for local communities, and educate and involve local people in marine conservation efforts.

International airports Jakarta or Bali

Domestic flights to Sorong can be easily found. Direct flights are normally carried by Garuda Indonesia. Lion air, Batik and Sriwijaya are normally transitting in Makassar.

Our team will greet you at the airport and take to the ferry terminal.

Ferry will take around 2,5hrs.
At the moment ferry operates:
Sun, Wed, Fri at 9am & 2pm
Everyday 2pm. -
After arriving to Waisai harbor our team will greet and escort you to pay your Raja Ampat Marine park fee. After that it will take only 30 minutes to reach our private island.
